The institute is located in a spacious well designed building which accommodates classrooms and various studios. The equipments available in the institute are continuously updated and sincere efforts are made to impart excellent training to the students.

The institute is located in a spacious and well-designed building that accommodates classrooms, studios, and workshops. The equipment and facilities are continuously upgraded to meet industry standards. The faculty includes experienced teachers and practicing artists who have established strong reputations in their respective fields. Students are provided with academic freedom and guidance to develop their artistic potential and are encouraged to participate in state & national-level competitions and exhibitions.

Facilities

The School of Visual Arts strongly believes in the all-round development of students. Along with academic learning, the institute encourages students to participate in sports, social, cultural, and extracurricular activities. Students actively take part in intercollegiate & university-level events, which help in developing teamwork, leadership, and confidence. Bharati Vidyapeeth provides hostel facilities for students. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available with adequate accommodation capacity. A limited number of seats are allotted to students of the School of Visual Arts, ensuring a safe and comfortable residential environment. The institute regularly organizes workshops, seminars, and demonstrations to provide students with hands-on experience under expert guidance. These programs offer students opportunities to interact with industry professionals and artists, helping them update their skills & knowledge according to current trends.

Computer Laboratory

To promote the effective use of modern technology in learning, the institute has established a spacious and well-equipped computer laboratory. The lab is supported with updated hardware and design software required for visual communication and design education. Faculty members actively integrate digital tools into teaching to enhance students’ practical learning experience

Library

The library is one of the key academic resources of the institute. It houses a carefully selected collection of more than 10,000 books on art, design, visual communication, & related subjects. The library also subscribes to reputed professional art journals and periodicals, which are regularly updated. A well-maintained reading room and computerized library system ensure easy access and convenience for students.

Art Gallery

To provide a platform for young and talented artists, the institute has established its own art gallery. Students are encouraged to exhibit their artwork and gain exposure through curated exhibitions. The exhibition committee plans a yearly calendar that includes shows by upcoming artists, students, and established professionals. Artists and students from across India participate, making the gallery an active cultural space

Graphic Studio (Printmaking Studio) & Serigraphy Studio

Printmaking is a specialized subject in the field of Fine Arts, and the institute provides a well-equipped Graphic Studio (Printmaking Studio) with facilities for techniques such as lino cut, woodcut, etching, dry point, and viscosity printing, accommodating around 30 students at a time. Regular printmaking workshops are conducted in collaboration with eminent artists from across Maharashtra, making it a significant academic activity of the institute. In addition, the institute has a fully equipped Serigraphy Studio with facilities for multicolor and screen printing. Faculty members provide continuous guidance and training throughout the academic year, enabling students to develop strong technical, creative, and practical skills in printmaking and serigraphy.

Photography Studio

Photography is taught as an important artistic and technical subject, especially relevant to advertising and visual communication. The institute has a professionally equipped photography studio that fulfills academic and practical requirements, helping students develop visual sensitivity and technical proficiency

Sculpture Studio

The institute proudly houses one of the largest sculpture studios in Maharashtra. With a height of over 30 feet and an area of approximately 3500–4000 square feet, the studio provides ample space for large-scale work. A separate metal casting foundry is available for student use. Students are trained in materials such as clay, POP, wood, fiber, and metal, preparing them for professional practice and collaborative workshops with eminent artists.

Internet Facility

High-speed internet and Wi-Fi facilities are provided to students and staff to support academic research, digital learning, and creative exploration.

Hostel

Bharati Vidyapeeth provides hostel facilities for students. Separate hostels for boys & girls are available with adequate accommodation capacity. A limited number of seats are allotted to students of the School of Visual Arts, ensuring a safe and comfortable residential environment.
